1.Strong load-bearing capacity: The frame is made of high-strength steel plate, through CAE analysis and finite element topology optimization, a new frame structure design, double-layer pressing, one-time molding, the beam lining beam is optimized from 7mm to 5mm, the structure is more reasonable, the center of gravity is lower, the deadweight is lighter, and the load-bearing capacity is stronger. The SIS suspension system is adopted, combined with the Hande MAN technology lightweight front axle and Steyr technology drive axle, the load-bearing capacity is far superior to the domestic lightweight dump trucks of the same level.
2.Reasonable carriage design: The carriage is made of imported high-strength plate material, and the side panels are formed by one-time stamping. It is nearly 2 tons lighter than ordinary plate boxes and 3.2 times stronger. The box has a small deadweight and a low center of gravity, which increases the effective load of the vehicle, reduces the sliding resistance of materials, and allows for fast unloading, which can effectively reduce material transportation costs and improve vehicle transportation efficiency.

SHACMAN F3000 8X4 dump truck has outstanding power and load-bearing performance. It is equipped with Weichai Lanqing high-horsepower engine with a power range of 380-430 horsepower, abundant low-speed torque, and easy heavy-load climbing. It is matched with Fast gearbox and Hande Steyr technology drive axle with high transmission efficiency. The frame is made of high-strength steel plate combined with CAE analysis and optimization design, double-layer pressing and one-time molding, and matched with SIS suspension system and lightweight axle. The load-bearing capacity is better than the same level of models, and the car body is made of imported high-strength plate, with light weight, high strength, and quick and efficient unloading.
As a large-displacement diesel engine, it has a maximum horsepower of 380Ps, a maximum torque of 1550N・m, and a wide torque platform (maximum torque can be output at 1000-1400rpm). It has strong low-speed explosive power and is especially suitable for heavy-load starting, climbing or complex road conditions (such as mines and infrastructure projects), and can easily cope with high-load operation requirements. It uses durable components such as high-strength vermicular graphite cast iron cylinder head, alloy cast iron cylinder body and full-floating piston pin. After rigorous cold and hot shock, plateau/high temperature/cold environment testing, the whole B10 machine has a life of up to 1.8 million kilometers, which is suitable for long-term high-intensity working scenarios.
